TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Tickets are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing a ticket, as purchase constitutes acceptance of them, both by you and any other party you buy tickets for.

1. Tickets & Entry
Only customers holding a valid Ticket will be admitted to the Event.
Tickets are uniquely bar-coded and allow one person entry. It is your responsibility to arrive at the festival site with a valid, printed e-ticket, and to present additional ID to confirm it is your ticket. We will do everything in our power to ensure that only the named ticket holder in each instance gains access to the site, but cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen tickets or ID’s.

On arrival at the Festival site, your unique ticket barcode will be scanned, and you will be given a festival wristband, which must be worn at all times through the duration of the event. You will be asked to show this to gain admission to the Main Arena, and other site areas.

Anyone who is unable to present a valid wristband on request from any of the Tropical Pressure team or Security staff will be asked to leave site, so please keep your wristband safe.

Local Resident Tickets apply to those living in TR4, TR5, TR6, TR15 and TR16 postcodes ONLY. Max 4 adults and 2 children per household, and you must bring valid postal ID (Drivers License or Utility Bill) to the ticket office to collect your wristbands. Please note these tickets are SOLD OUT.

Day ticket (released in March) will be given coloured wristbands that permit entry to the site for THAT DAY ONLY (10am to 2am the following morning when Fandangos closes). You will not be allowed to bring camping equipment on site, and will be unable to gain access to the festival site on any other day.

Weekend and Day Ticket-holders can enter the festival site between the following times, when the Admission Office will be open:
10am – 10pm Friday 14th July
10am – 10pm Saturday 15th July
10am – 10pm Sunday 16th July

TP Castaway ticket holders ONLY will be able to enter the festival from 2pm to 10pm on Thursday 13th July. Please note that the Main Arena will remain closed until Friday morning, but all other areas are open to you.

Ticket holders can leave the site at any time but no re-entry will be permitted after 10pm on any day, when the inbound Car Park gates will be closed.

2. Booking Fee

All tickets are sold INCLUSIVE of the booking fee levied by our ticketing partner, Ticketscript. For information, this is a flat fee of £1.50 per ticket plus 3% of this tickets value.

3. Refunds & Cancellations
IMPORTANT! Tickets are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event of the festival being cancelled (in entirety) by the Promoter. Please make sure that you purchase the correct ticket for your needs and are able to attend the event before buying.
In the extremely unlikely event of a cancellation, you will be entitled to a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions or refund policy of our ticketing agent, Ticketscript. In the case of a refund, please note that you will only be refunded the ticket value, and not the included Booking Fee.
Cancellation by a billed artist will not entitle you to a refund, regardless of their position on the bill.

4. Children

Children are very welcome at Tropical Pressure Festival but remain the responsibility of their parents/guardians at all times. Children Under 5 are admitted for free, and do not need a separate ticket. Children between 5 and 15 (inclusive) pay a reduced price on all adult ticket prices, and their tickets must be purchased alongside adult tickets. All attendees under the age of 18 (whether child or adult tickets) must be accompanied by a paying adult over 18 years of age, with a maximum of 3 under 16s per adult admitted. Proof of identity and age will be requested at the Admissions Gate.

It is your responsibility to ascertain the suitability of the event for any children in your party, considering such factors as curfew times, appropriateness of music, size of event etc.

5. Dogs
Sorry but we can’t allow any dogs on site, unless registered Guide or Hearing dogs. If you arrive with your dog you will NOT be permitted access to the car park. Anyone found to have brought their dog on site will be asked to leave and will have their wristband removed. We love pooches, and a hot festival car park is not the place for them.

6. Alcohol
The Festival will operate several fully licensed and affordable bars, and only those over the age of 18 will be served (ID Required) The Eco Park operates a Challenge 21 policy, and you may be asked to provide ID even if you are over 18.
NO ALCOHOL purchased off the premises will be allowed onto the main festival site under any circumstances, and the staff reserve the right to confiscate and destroy and alcohol being drunk on the main site that was not bought here.

We allow a reasonable amount of alcohol to be brought in to the camping area: The limits are as follows (per person): 1 x slab (24 cans) of beer, lager or cider and/or 1 x 3 ltr box of wine and/or 1 x 1 ltr of spirits. ALL alcohol must be contained in plastic bottles or cans, and you can ONLY bring this on site on your first journey into the campsite. Security will not permit re-entry with further drinks, and any drinks deemed to be above the limits prescribed will be confiscated.

7. Food
Tropical Pressure Festival is, uniquely, a 100% Vegetarian event, and there will be plenty of food stalls serving healthy and wholesome meals and snacks throughout the day. You are welcome to bring your own food (which is not required to be Vegetarian!) into the camping area, but not in to the Main Arena & World Food Market.

8. Recycling
We want Tropical Pressure Festival to be one of the greenest on the calendar, and kindly request that you help us by using the specially designated Recycling Bins for your rubbish wherever possible.

9. Camping
All Weekend passes include camping in a designated area within the festival site, which is for TENTS only. Anyone looking to bring a campervan or live-in vehicle onto the site MUST purchase a valid Campervan Ticket, and park for the duration of the weekend in the designated campervan area. We can only allow a limited number of Live-in vehicles onto the site. Those turning up at the site with a Live-in vehicle and no campervan pass may be turned away; there is no camping allowed in the Car park.

N.B CARAVANS – We can permit caravans in the live-in vehicle area, yes, with a valid pass. But entrance is only permitted between 10am and 2pm on Friday 14th July (or from 2pm Thursday 13th for Castaway ticket holders) and you will need to park your car in the car park after setting up.

FAMILY CAMPING is in a designated and monitored quiet area. You can bring ONE live in vehicle OR one car into this area, plus ONE tent. This pass is for families and those wanting a quieter, family orientated place to sleep during the festival, so please only book it if that applies to your group! Anyone causing late night disturbance will be asked to move into the main campsite, and you won’t get a refund…

The following items will NOT be permitted in the campsite: Personal stereos, Glass bottles, Weapons of any kind. All other items that are brought in to the Car park or either campsite are left at your own risk.
Tropical Pressure Festival is situated in a beautiful, rural area, and we kindly ask you to respect the welfare of our neighbours by adhering to a 12pm noise curfew across the main campsite.

And finally…..

10. Safety for All

Tropical Pressure is all about good music, great vibes and the coming together of all ages to enjoy a rich, cultural event. Anti-social behaviour and activities, including any behaviour which the festival staff and stewards feel may significantly affect the enjoyment of other persons at the event, will not be tolerated and you will be ejected without refund.
